Although Perez has faced some difficulties this year and currently sits in fifth place in the championship, team boss Christian Horner expressed confidence in the Mexican driver’s ability to bounce back. Horner emphasized the importance of continuity and stability for the team and praised the successful partnership between Perez and Verstappen. He highlighted Perez’s strong start to the 2024 season and expressed optimism about his return to top form and performance.
