Lexus has revealed a special version of the new TX, designed for video game players, of the SUV designed for the North American market with three rows of seats, and with capacity for up to seven passengers, which will arrive in 2024.
The Lexus TX gaming was presented at the last edition of the Esports Awards Show, which took place in Las Vegas, and is the result of collaboration between Lexus and Razer, a hardware and software company for the gaming audience, which features a unique exterior design and an interior abundant in luxury, as well as innovative technology for refined performance of video game players.
On the exterior, there is a black Lexus logo and green Razer LED finishes and panels on the grille, mirrors, roofs, rear windows, and lower ends of the body.
Inside, Lexus has replaced the second and third rows of seats with four Razer Iskur gaming chairs, and has set up two gaming stations with generously sized screens that are placed on the backs of the front seats, along with a wide variety of peripherals, turning the TX into a gaming room.
“We worked with Razer to create a unique experience that celebrates our commitment to the gaming community, as we share the same passion for innovation and technology,” emphasized Vinay Shahani, Vice President of Marketing at Lexus. “From conception to construction, we have created the ultimate collaboration between luxury vehicles and epic games.”
Lexus has already announced that this model will not be commercialized, and is only a special project born from the partnership with Razer.
