New Poll Shows Voters Reject Trump’s Extreme Project 2025 Agenda, Calling It a Dangerous Blueprint for Dictatorship
With less than three weeks until Election Day, a new report reveals that Donald Trump’s Project 2025 agenda is facing significant opposition from the American public. According to recent polling by Navigator Research, 52% of Americans oppose the far-right blueprint, with concerns centered on its extreme policies related to abortion, healthcare, and workers’ rights.
A key finding shows that a plurality of voters (48%) believe the project “accurately describes” Trump’s plans for a second term, highlighting the growing discomfort with his vision of consolidating power and dismantling federal programs. DNC Rapid Response Director Alex Floyd called the agenda “dangerous,” warning that it reflects Trump’s intent to assume “unchecked power” on Day One if re-elected.
The more voters learn about the plan, the more they dislike it, with opposition cutting across party lines. Even within the Republican base, non-MAGA Republicans overwhelmingly reject the agenda, with only 10% in favor. The report suggests that the agenda would disproportionately benefit the wealthiest Americans and further alienate working-class voters.
