This strategic acquisition aims to enhance Exosens’ night vision expertise and expand its product offerings in key markets, including Spain, Latin America, and Asia.
NVLS, known for its ultra-compact, lightweight night vision systems, has established itself as a trusted supplier to the Spanish Armed Forces and Security Forces and is rapidly expanding its reach to NATO countries, Asia, and Latin America. By joining forces with Exosens, NVLS will now leverage Exosens’ advanced sensor technology to develop next-generation night vision solutions tailored for global armed forces.
This acquisition underscores Exosens’ commitment to innovation and high-performance solutions, particularly in ITAR-free imaging systems. “NVLS will contribute significantly to our mission of providing high-performance image intensifiers while maintaining our leadership in ITAR-free solutions,” stated Jérôme Cerisier, CEO of Exosens. With over 85 years of expertise and a workforce of 1,700 across 11 sites in Europe and North America, Exosens is well-positioned to support NVLS’s international expansion and meet the growing global demand for advanced night vision systems. The transaction, pending regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the coming months, although specific terms have not been disclosed.
