AJ Foyt Racing announces that they will bring back their popular American flag paint scheme for this year’s Indy 500. The team’s #14 entry will feature the bold paint scheme, which has been used for the past two years. This campaign is in partnership with Homes For Our Troops, an organization that builds homes and provides services for US military veterans. Last year, the partnership raised over $3 million, and this year they hope to surpass the $4 million mark. Larry Foyt, team manager, expressed his pride in carrying the patriotic paint scheme and his belief that the team, led by driver Santino Ferrucci, will be a strong contender for victory. The campaign aims to raise awareness and funds for Homes For Our Troops, which has had a positive impact on the lives of severely injured veterans after September 11. HFOT has built and donated 379 specially adapted custom homes for these veterans. This is the third consecutive year that ABC Supply and HFOT have collaborated on a fundraising campaign based on the Indy 500, with donations increasing each year. Donations for the campaign can be made at www.hfotusa.org/donate.
