Bentley produced four units of the Continental GT Speed Convertible, which were ordered by a dealership in California, USA, for local customers.
The work of the Mulliner customization division created four models from the ‘Expressions of Texture’ collection, all featuring a satin paint from Mulliner’s exclusive color palette, which Bentley claims took 55 hours to complete.
One of the models is coated in Peacock Blue, a color inspired by the night skies of the Coachella Valley in California, and features several areas covered in satin carbon fiber, Electro Blue, and Peacock Blue.
These tones also extend to the interior with details in Peacock Blue, Electro Blue stripes, and Slate stone upholstery.
Another one of the models is inspired by the sand dunes of the region and is painted in a satin Ghost White Pearl, equipped with tungsten wheels and a Silver Tempest stripe. This model also features a canvas roof with graphics inspired by the desert dunes. Bentley states that it took hundreds of hours to create this finish.
The Bentley collection also includes a Continental GT Speed painted in Havana color, which stands out due to its roof featuring a topographic map of California’s Death Valley. This map is also depicted on the carpets. The fourth model in this custom collection is painted in a satin British Racing Green.
“We hope that the Expressions of Texture collection inspires customers to explore the full range of possibilities offered by Mulliner’s customization studio,” noted Mulliner’s commercial director, David Parker.
