BMW officially revealed the BMW M4 GT3 EVO before the Nurburgring 24 Hours. This new model is an updated version of the old M4 GT3, featuring enhanced aerodynamics and an EVO kit for 2025. The car has undergone months of testing since mid-2023 and will make its third consecutive appearance at the grueling 24 Hours of Nurburgring on June 1-2. In addition to this event, the BMW M4 GT3 EVO is expected to compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship next year. BMW also gave a preview of the upcoming BMW M4 GT4, a less extreme version of the GT3 EVO designed for the GT4 scene. Andreas Roos, Head of BMW M Motorsport, expressed confidence in the new models and thanked everyone involved in their development. The GT3 EVO features several significant changes, including smaller aerodynamic mirrors, larger air vents in the front wheel arches, and a rear wing adjusted for better aerodynamic efficiency. Other updates include new stabilizer bars, larger rear brake discs, and a more refined differential. The car has a net price of 578,000 euros. Most of the testing was conducted by BMW M drivers Jens Klingmann, Bruno Spengler, and Augusto Farfus. Klingmann emphasized the importance of car development and expressed optimism about the improvements made in the EVO version, especially in terms of drivability and handling.
