The Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League will host the next Formula E season, which will feature two new venues and a double-header in Monaco. The 2024-25 calendar, announced today, includes a total of 17 races spread across 11 events. The Hermanos Rodriguez Autodrome in Mexico City will once again host an E-Prix in mid-January, followed by the season’s first double-header in the races of Diriyah. The calendar also includes an event to be announced in Chiang Mai, Thailand, on March 8, marking Formula E’s first inaugural race in the country. Additionally, the Homestead road circuit will make its debut on the calendar, replacing Portland as the United States stage in 2025. The decision to include Homestead was influenced by the success of the race in Portland last year. CEO Jeff Dodds expressed his excitement about the new additions to the calendar and mentioned the possibility of future races at Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium. The season will conclude with double-header races in Berlin and the final E-Prixs at London’s ExCeL Arena in July. The calendar aims to ensure continuity while addressing the need for a long-term Italian venue, following the exclusion of Misano from the 2024-25 schedule.
