A new ad aiming to redefine masculinity while promoting Kamala Harris has ignited widespread ridicule online, with users branding it “the cringiest political ad ever created.” The ad, featuring men performing classic “manly” activities—lifting weights, fixing cars, riding motorcycles—then endorsing Harris as a woman candidate for president, has led viewers to question if the attempt is genuine or parody.
Released by Vote Save America, a Crooked.com initiative, the video was directed by former Funny or Die writer Jacob Reed, who envisioned it as a shift in how masculinity is presented in the media. Reed commented that the concept stemmed from redefining “manliness” after watching Doug Emhoff speak at the Democratic National Convention about his wife, Kamala Harris. He hoped the ad would spark a conversation on “a redefinition of what it means to be a man in America.”
Yet social media users were quick to mock the effort. Trump senior advisor Jason Miller called it “missed the target,” while conservative writer Emily Zanotti questioned if the creators had “met literally a single male human.” Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene also weighed in, calling the ad’s portrayal of men unrealistic.
Kamala’s Camp has become increasingly concerned about evaporating male support. Not just from Black Men but Men in general.

Thusly… they have produced this ad….(⚠️Caution: Dangerous Levels of Cringe) pic.twitter.com/utPKkxyTMa
With criticism mounting from both sides, the ad’s attempt to attract male voters to Harris’ campaign appears to have backfired, serving instead as fuel for jokes and sharp commentary across the political spectrum.
