The new variant of the Genesis GV70 made its public debut at the White Turf event in Saint Moritz, in the Swiss Alps. The luxury equestrian event was the perfect setting for this “luxury car.” The Genesis GV70 Snow, designed and built by Delta 4×4, is a one-off creation that aims to cater to winter sports enthusiasts.
Painted in white, the vehicle blends in with the snowy landscape, almost camouflaging itself. As part of the collaboration with Swiss company Anavon, the car comes with custom-made skis. These skis can be transported on the roof rack, which is equipped with 40-inch LED bars from Vision X. Additionally, four Baja Design Fog Lights were mounted on the front bumper to provide extra lighting for off-road adventures.
The Genesis GV70 Snow rides on 18-inch Klassik B Rugged wheels finished in black, paired with BF Goodrich KO2 tires. With a suspension lift kit and beefy tires, the vehicle has an enhanced ground clearance compared to its stock form. The fenders have also been extended, giving the model a more daring and aggressive look.
Despite these modifications, there have been no changes to the engine. The GV70 Snow is still powered by the 3.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine, generating 375 horsepower and 391 pound-feet of torque. The power is distributed to all four corners through an eight-speed automatic transmission.
It remains to be seen if the body kit will be available as an optional extra for customers or if the GV70 Snow will remain a unique showcase vehicle for Genesis. This special edition shares similarities with the GV70 Camping Gear Black Edition, which was unveiled earlier and featured camping accessories such as a retractable rooftop tent and matching furniture.
In addition to the GV70 Snow, Delta 4×4 also presented the GV70 Project Overland at the Essen Motor Show in Germany. This concept car, developed specifically for the European market, celebrated the 40th anniversary of the off-road specialist.
